This tutorial was created with PSP2019 and translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Open the pattern silver21 in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
Open the image "fond" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

2. Open the image "cadre" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the upper left.

3. Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and click into the frame to select it.
Selections>Modify>Expand - 3 pixels.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open the tube "visage 1" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 85% (according your tube).

4. Open the tube "visage 2" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom right.



5. Open the text "texte bonne année" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move it at the top.

Open "2019" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move it under the text.

6. Open the tube "boule" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Duplicate.

Move one ball under the b and one ball under the e.



Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move this ball under 2019.



7. Open the tube "chronomètre" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom right, on the woman's hand.



8. Open "meilleurs voeux" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move it at the bottom left.

Open "bouteille" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move it at the bottom.

Open "deco" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move it at the upper right.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Move this tube at the bottom left.



9. Open "poudre d'argent" o "poudre d'or", according to your colors.
File>Export>Picture Tube, give it a name and ok.

Activate the Picture Tube Tool
and select your picture tube



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Apply the tube at your choice.

10. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #71829e.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color white.

Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the 10 pixels border to select it.

Set your foreground color to Pattern and select the pattern Silver 21, settings at your choice.



Flood Fill the selection with your silver pattern.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Selections>Select None.

11. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #71829e.
Image>Add borders, 28 pixels, symmetric, color #bbbdbf.

Select this border with your Magic Wand Tool
Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

12. If you don't want the animation, open the tube "byebye 2018" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place the text over the frame at the upper left.

13. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #71829e.

14. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.

Edit>Copy.

15.Animation

Open Animation Shop.
Edit>Paste>Paste as new animation.

Edit>Duplicate and repeat until you'll get an animation composed by 7 frames.
Click on the first frame to select it and go to Edit>Selection All.

16. Open the animation Bye Bye 2018, also composed by 7 frames.
Edit>Selection All.
Edit>Copy.

Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste>Paste into selected frame.

Animation> Animation>Frame Properties and set to 14.

Click on the first frame to select it.
Animation>Frame Properties and set to 108.



Check the result clicking on View Animation
and save as gif.
