This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

1. Set your foreground color to #fc0122.

Open a new transparente image 950 x 700 pixels.

2. Selections>Select All.

3. Open the image rainy days and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes, color #505050.



Edit>Repeat Brush Strokes.

5. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #fc0122.

6. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 5 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

7. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



8. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

9. Edit>Paste as new layer (the image rainy day is still in memory).

10. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Defloat.
11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #fc0122.

12. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 5 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.

13. Layers>Merge>Merge down.

14. Layers>Duplicate - 2 times, and rename the 3 layers frame 1, frame 2, frame 3.



15. Close the layers frame 2 and frame 3 and activate the layer cadre 1.

Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise.



16. Close this layer and activate the layer frame 2.

Repeat Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise, cliquer sur Random Seed et ok.

17. Fermer ce calque et vous positionner sur le calque cadre 3.
Répéter Effets>Modules Externes>Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise, click on Random Seed and ok.

Close this layer, open the layer cadre 1, and keep selected the top layer selected.



18. Open the tube calguisgentlmegivenchi14022015 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the bottom.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

19. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your foreground color #fc0122.

20. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 5 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

21. Sign your work on a new layer.

22. Be sure that layers frame 2 and frame 3 are closed.



Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Open Animation and Edit>Paste>Paste as new image.

23. Go back to PSP.
Close the layer frame 1 and open the layer frame 2.



24. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Go back to Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>Paste after current image.

25. Go back to PSP.
Close the layer frame 2 and open the layer frame 3.



26. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Go back to Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>Paste after current image.

27. Check your animation by clicking on Visualise
and save as gif.
